By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
- Our prices are subject to change - Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price.
- Whilst 2foot2.co.uk will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT where applicable on the retail site, however VAT is to be paid on all trade orders. The price does not include any importation taxes or other taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom.

- Any goods, services or information displayed on this web site should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the web site.
- Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days via Jersey Post/Royal. However we do ask you to allow up to 15 days for delivery, if your order has not arrived after this time, please contact our customer services department. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
- Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by 2foot2.co.uk of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.
- When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.
- Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 7 day period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact 2foot2.co.uk within 7 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. See 'Contact' for returns address. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in this Section.
Kindly note that a minimum fee of £ 2.00 will be deducted from any refund given. 2foot2.co.uk also reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery / packaging / credit card fees and where necessary, charge an administration fee where goods are returned.
- If you think that your goods have been damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Services Department within two working days of receiving your delivery, in order to enable us to carry out any investigations. We will require full details including the nature of the damage, your name, order number and contact details
- If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department within two working days of receiving your delivery in order for us to investigate the error. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
- You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. These include products that you have unsealed or opened.
- Item(s) may be returned by post. Always include the returns slip from the bottom of your Invoice/Receipt when returning goods. Returned goods remain your risk and responsibility until they are received by 2Foot2 Limited. We strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail’s premium services which are traceable or require a signature on delivery.
- No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this website.
- 2foot2.co.uk liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this web site, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded.
Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of 2foot2.co.uk or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
- While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, 2foot2.co.uk cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
- If payment is made by any of the following: Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, and Delta the transaction will be handled by Protx.
- English law applies to this contract.

2foot2.co.uk understands the value of your privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide you with details of our special offers via email. All information you give us is kept completely confidential and will only be used in conjuction with your order through 2foot2.co.uk.
We do not sell our mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. Payment processing takes place on a secure server provided by Protx. For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by RBSI, therefore 2foot2.co.uk are not party to your personal credit card or bank details.
