Directions: Place Soft Gel Ball of Foot Strap with gel to the underside over the forefoot as illustrated. If necessary, an opening can be made for added comfort by removing stitch between small and large sections.
Care: Hand wash and air dry. Sprinkle gel pad with talcum powder after each wash.
